These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Adorn AI, including our website, apps, AI hairstyle generation tools, and related services. By using Adorn AI, you agree to these Terms.

Who May Use Adorn AI

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Adorn AI. If you use Adorn AI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Your Account

• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or misuse the service.

Our Service

Adorn AI uses AI tools to generate hairstyle previews and related visual content based on the information and photos you provide. Results may vary and may not perfectly reflect real-world outcomes.

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including experimental or beta features.

AI Technology & Third-Party Services

Adorn AI uses Google Gemini, a generative AI service operated by Google LLC, to produce hairstyle previews. When you submit a photo for generation, it is sent securely to Google Gemini for processing. By using Adorn AI, you acknowledge that your photo will be processed by Google's AI service in accordance with Google's terms and privacy policies.

You must not submit photos or prompts that violate Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. We are not responsible for the outputs of third-party AI models.

Uploads, Generated Content, and Privacy

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you submit to Adorn AI, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

You authorize Adorn AI to host, process, store, reproduce, and display your uploaded photos and generated files as needed to provide the service, including saving them to your account so you can retrieve them after signing in on another device.

Generated files are private by default. They will not be visible to other users unless you decide to share them publicly. If you share content publicly, other users may view it and upvote it.

Your Responsibilities

• Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringes another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, or bypass safeguards in the service.
• Do not use Adorn AI to create deceptive identity content, impersonate others, or violate applicable law.

Public Sharing and Community Features

If Adorn AI offers community or showcase features, content you choose to share may be visible to other users and may receive public reactions such as upvotes. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

We may remove shared content or limit visibility if we believe it violates these Terms, harms other users, or creates legal or safety risk.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some Adorn AI features may require payment, credits, or a subscription. If paid features are offered, pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be presented to you at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Adorn AI and its software, models, branding, design, and service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Adorn AI service or our underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Adorn AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated results will be accurate, suitable for any particular style decision, or free from bias or artifacts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adorn AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Adorn AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice through the app or website.
